How to filter citizens and view only those within the same department in CitizenOne
Step 1: Open CitizenOne in your browser and log in.
Step 2: In the upper-left corner of the dashboard look for the "Citizen" section and click on it.
Step 3: Click the department filter and select the department you want to filter from the available options. After applying the filter, the list will update to show only the citizens within the selected department.
