How to download journal notes for a citizen in CitizenOne?

Step 1: Open CitizenOne in your browser and log in.
Step 2: In the upper-left corner of the dashboard look for the "Citizen" section and click on it.


Step 3: Search for and open the citizen's profile by clicking the "View" button.

Step 4: Click "Download" to save the file to your device.

Step 5: Select the filter date and journal note tag, then click "Download".

Step 6: Once the file is exported, save it to your device.
