How to edit existing form in CitizenOne

Step 1: Open CitizenOne in your browser and log in.

Step 2: Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.

Step 3: Click on Forms in the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Select the existing form that you want to edit.

Step 5: In this form, there is only 1 question. 

Step 6: You can now edit the existing question and click update to save the changes.
